1. Definitions and Interpretation
“Client” or “Patient” means any individual, their authorised representative or organisation engaging our services.
“Services” means the wellness concierge, coordination, advisory and facilitation services provided by DRG, including hospitality wellness, corporate wellness, residential wellness, global wellness concierge, business consultancy and IV therapy.
“Partner Providers” means the hospitals, clinics, specialists, consultants, diagnostic facilities, health and wellness centres, medical spas and other healthcare professionals within our network.
“Website” means www.thewellnesshubglobal.com and any associated subdomains.
2. Nature of Our Services
DRG acts as a wellness concierge and coordination service. We facilitate access to wellness services provided by independent third-party wellness professionals and institutions.
DRG may not itself provide wellness and medical services directly. These may be delivered by independent Partner Providers responsible for their own wellness decisions, treatment protocols and regulatory compliance.
Our role is to coordinate, advise on options and facilitate access to appropriate wellness professionals based on the information provided to us. We exercise reasonable care and professional judgement in our recommendations.
Information provided by DRG, whether on our website, through correspondence or consultation services, does not constitute medical or wellness advice and should not replace professional wellness advice.
3. Use of Our Services
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information regarding your wellness history, current health status and other details reasonably required to perform our services.
- Inform us promptly of changes to your medical condition, contact details or circumstances affecting our services.
- Attend scheduled appointments or give reasonable notice under the relevant Partner Provider’s cancellation policy. DRG is not liable for fees caused by missed or late-cancelled appointments.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including immigration and visa requirements for international wellness travel.
- Not use our services unlawfully or in a manner that could damage, disable or impair our operations or website.
4. Fees, Payment and Cancellation
DRG concierge coordination fees and applicable charges will be communicated before engagement. Fees for consultations, treatments and other wellness services are set by Partner Providers and payable directly to them unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will appear in your engagement confirmation.
Cancellation of DRG coordination services must be communicated in writing. Once arrangements have been made, you may be liable for non-recoverable costs incurred on your behalf, including appointment fees, deposits, accommodation and travel.
DRG may amend its fees. Changes will not affect services already confirmed and in progress.
5. Patient Confidentiality
DRG treats all patient information with the highest confidentiality and maintains privacy protocols meeting the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable healthcare confidentiality regulations.
Your personal and wellness information is shared only as necessary to deliver requested services or as required by law. We seek explicit consent before sharing sensitive medical information unless disclosure is legally mandated.
For details, read our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wellness outcomes. DRG does not accept liability for outcomes of treatment, procedures, consultations or wellness advice provided by independent Partner Providers.
Third-party services. DRG is not liable for acts, omissions, negligence or defaults of Partner Providers, accommodation providers, transport operators or other third parties.
Indirect losses. DRG is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, including loss of income, business opportunity or emotional distress.
Maximum liability. DRG’s total aggregate liability for a claim or connected claims will not exceed the fees paid to DRG for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Force Majeure
DRG is not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government acts, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, communication failure or a Partner Provider’s inability to deliver services.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Please send concerns or complaints to the concierge team in writing or by email. DRG will acknowledge a complaint within five working days and aims to respond fully within 20 working days.
Complaints about care delivered by a Partner Provider should first be directed to that provider. DRG will assist communication where appropriate.
